Age Restrictions
By placing an order on this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. It is against the law to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.

Delivery
Your order will be delivered within one week of us receiving the order. You can enter an alternative address to deliver the goods when entering the payment details. Free Delivery is to UK mainland destinations only. If you would like to delivery to an address outside the UK mainland please call our customer services on 01295 679313 to discuss your requirements.

Order Contract and Substitutions

On receipt of your order we will check stock availability and will confirm to you acceptance of your order. Please note that your contract to purchase items is not complete until we send you an e-mail confirming acceptance. Please note we will not substitute wines without prior agreement with you. 

Non Delivery and Cancellation
Eagles Grapevine offers a full 7 day refund on products provided they are returned intact and can be reused. If any item is damage during transit we will replace it. Order can be canceled at any time prior to dispatch. The purchaser agrees to refund any loss incurred by Eagles Grapevine Ltd. Orders that are already in transit can be returned within 7 days for a full refund less postage costs. If any order could not be delivered due to an incorrect address or if the recipient refuses to accept the parcel, Eagles Grapevine will charge the amount for re-direction of the consignment. 

Reservation of Title.
All goods remain the property of Eagles Grapevine until paid for in full.
